Best Fit: Seminars, Keynote, Workshops or Webinar?

The information in our Hot Topics sessions can be taught in three ways: Workshops, Seminars or Webinars. rbc3_20The more time you allow for a workshop the more tools and practical techniques for implementation your staff will be provided with. The session can either focus on tools and techniques for staff to use with their customers at their desks or in groups. Please contact us at training@worknet-international.com to schedule a session or find out when we will be in your area.

Seminars are exciting interactive half-day to two day sessions on a single Hot Topics, conducted in-person by a professional Trainer. All five Hot Topics can be easily taught in 5 days, or shortened to only 3 days. However, the more time you allow for a topic the more tools and practical techniques for implementation your staff will be provided with. Seminars are limited to 50 participants so we can interact with everyone, and ensure they understand what is being taught. The smaller the group the more attention each participant gets.

Keynotes are 20-45 minute speeches given at conference to any size group. They usually include power point or video presentations. They can also include a handout if desired. When you hire us to conduct a keynote we will provide a workshop for free.

Workshops are fast-paced 30-90 minute sessions which work well as part of your staff training at conferences. Workshops teach one or two key themes from a Hot Topic. This allows you to mix and match the topics and tools which address your specific needs. Again, the more time you allow for a workshop the more tools and practical techniques for implementation your staff will be provided with. Group PortaitThe session can either focus on tools and techniques for staff to use with their customers at their desks or in groups. We recommend that workshops are limited to 100 participants to facilitate Q&A. Again, the smaller the group the more attention each participant gets.

Webinars are workshops provided on-line. They lack the in-person interaction with the Trainer and the fun group dynamics, but save on time and cost. Staff attend the webinar from their own computer. The sessions do include power points, video conferencing, handouts, polls conducted during the training, practical exercises and a Q&A session. They also can be recorded so staff who are unable to attend can listen to it, however they will not be able to participate in the polls, exercises or Q&A. Webinars are limited to 25 participants due to the hosting requirements.
